ok, something really really weird is going on- last week 4k was downloading absolutely fine, this week both 6240 and 6241 tag 4k bitrates as 1080p and download 1080p... -
Does this mean 1080p h265 is working again? Or is it a patchwork of titles?
With a default setting of h265 before, we were stuck with hang ups when you click on a title and the program reporting 1080p is not available.Comment

it seems intermittent- couldn't get 4k of the latest Nine Perfect Strangers when I posted it, tried it the following day, worked fine, but clicking on random stuff like the Rookie or 9-1-1 gave H.264s... So it seems currently it's a case of try, try again...Comment

Contemplating finding another free email service and trying a new account to see if I can get h265 again like Jpp.. I apparently have an outlook dot com account but I can't seem to get it to receive email, it's like it's a send only service. If you have a gmail account, you can just add a random dot or add a plus sign and some extra text. Hulu will probably think it's a different address.
For example, if you have an address mrgrackle@gmail.com, you can try to register as mr.grackle@gmail.com or mrgrackle+hulu@gmail.com and emails sent to any of these 2 addresses will be delivered to mrgrackle@gmail.comComment

I just had a random thought, Wilson.Wang, I think it's Hulu's injection of adverts that messes up the parsing: I noticed that whenever Hulu is analysing a season, and an ad starts playing, you get an H.264 "result"...Comment

I'm using the Hulu basic account, seems like that all of the videos are missing the 4K resolution now.
