AV1 with 2.0 audio

Peculiar situation going on here... if trying to download something in av1 that has 2.0 audio, the download never starts.
The log is riddled with retries.
During the initial analyze phase, a file size and audio info are shown, but clicking actual Download, that analyze never ends until it eventually errors out.
Log attached. Also try Pokemon The Series XY, same result.
Is the program trying to force a different audio?

Here is a more complete log, didn't wanna upload 5 megs of crap. If it does not start the download after 5 seconds, it's not going to.
Yes, the title was correct.
As per original post, Pokemon The Series XY is doing the same thing.
Is the program choking because of the audio setting as october262 suggests? A previous h264 copy has eac3 2.0 audio so why it's not an option now.
And my preselect window also shows a much larger size (I am pretty sure that is the h264 file size).

Looking at post 19 as october262 suggests, audio data is already mjg.
Deleting cache or anything that would cause me to log out would really not be a preferable trial. It must have taken 50 attempts last time to try to get logged in and then it was a fluke.

This is true for H264 .. but AV1 analyzing before downloading takes always longer for me !

My post linked by october262 has othing to do with this title,
because it is offered in AAC 128k - my manually changes of taskdata
is only required if only AAC 192k is offered by SF ..
.. although NF also offers AAC 128k

My av1 downloads are almost instantaneous when they work correctly.
It's just peculiar that up til now I have had no problems with av1 content. But also up til now, everything has been 5.1 or Atmos. Did you by chance try Pokemon XY?
Oh, and for some reason my log attachment got deleted when I added the image.

If we both mean the same thing, not the first analysis before the selection, but the
second analysis before the download, that has not been the case with me for a long time.
With SF 6223, the green bar ran through once during the AV1 analysis ..
.. with all later releases always 7-20x (20-60 seconds) - so it takes longer than the dl.
And that in every country (with or without VPN) with 3 NF accounts from different countries.

Please try to change VIP Setting - Netflix Audio Codec form Atmos to AAC before analyzing

Technically, the force analysis does start the episode, does it not?
Click the carat, SF analyzes, click Cancel, scroll down to the episode you want, episode starts and SF analyzes as that happens, then a download selection window with the specific episode selected pops up, stating av1 and the file size estimate. Never had to do recently but are you suggesting I play the episode in a browser then pause it?

As far as going from download window to actual download, normally my downloads start so quickly that the time it takes me to go from the Download Now button to clicking the "Downloading" tab on the left column, the download is often times already completed and processing.

For Pokemon, I let it sit there and it probably took 5 minutes to actually download after clicking Download Now, then I got the post-download report telling me that I selected av1 but it downloaded h264. That usually does not happen, ever, usually it just fails.

I don't have to play NF title to get what I select ..
.. that was just for testing, as it's obviously different for you.

I've also no "video tracks empty" in log ..

Tried NCIS and also getting the download window with AV1 preselected, a file size and bitrate, but when I download, it takes a very long time and eventually just does h264.
New log available if need be. I am now running the latest 6247.

Further experimentation and the 2.0 audio vs 5.1 still stands. With 2.0 audio, no download, regardless of content. With 5.1, the download is so instant I don't have time to see the Downloading screen actually doing any downloading, it's in post processing by the time I switch over.
In the case of NCIS, a 5.1 audio season downloads instantly as does other content.

Season 1 offer me no EAC3 - only AAC 2.0

Season 17 offer me EAC3 5.1 and AAC3 5.1

I don't necessarily want to force AAC, I just want to be able to get the video with AV1, with whatever audio is offered. I am going to do a few things on this end and supply a fresh log. This will of course require resetting my login, which is almost impossible to fix afterwards. I suspect it's something SF knows about as they closed the ticket out rather quickly and did not respond to a follow up question/response.

In your examples, the file size is a wee bit smaller than what I see on the initial analysis screen.

That depends on which episode was analyzed previously.

In any case, every SF version has downloaded AV1 for me so far (AAC or EAC)

Here is an updated log. I renamed the Temp directory, which contains cache and deleted the log files.
