Download fails at Remuxing stage

I tried to download a MLB game of the MLB.TV Web player.
I download just fine until it hits 100% en itīs starts remuxing.
Then it says `Failed`

Any idea how i can fix this?

I read yesterday about mlb.tv (disappeared?) ..
.. so I tried to get a free account (for "Free Game of the Day"),
but it doesn't work for me with 3 different mail addresses

Without access and without StreamFab.log
no ideas - because problem unkown
