StreamFab for Windows Britbox - Direct using DRM MPD or via Amazon

Some time ago I subscribed to Britbox via Amazon for a short period of time and did not renew after my free trial ended. There are now a few new Britbox shows I am interested in so I need to decide whether to go the Amazon route (which would not allow me to have another free trial) or a direct subscription which would permit a 7 day free trial. Since Britbox does not have its own VIP StreamFab connection, I understand that I could download movies via the DRM MPD downloader which I have. Is there any downside choosing that method for Britbox rather than using the Amazon downloader?

I think the resolution and bit rate is better and dl faster from Amazon

Amazon offer probably H265 for this content - but BritBox does not => see example here

I am actually about to do this via Amazon, as that has worked better for me for Max/HBO also. Amazon almost always works unless daily limit exceeded and always has 1080p versions (where applicable). using for Apple+ too, replacing my purchased DRM downloads of stuff I own. Priceless.
