It also happened to me downloading with Max in the version you indicate, it seems that Max has made a migration to HBO Max and maybe this is affecting the downloads, I would like to debug my download and share it but I don't know how, so the developer could take note that there is something wrong with HBOMax in this version, anyone knows how? Thanks.

        Try a clean reinstallation.
NEVER use the update function within Streamfab. Always download the offline file!

I tried a clean install with Revo uninstaller, but 6.2.4.6 does not work with HBO MAX after analyzing which takes some time (90 seconds) popup for selecting resolution etc, and press download and then it starts to analyzing, then the popup for selecting resolution etc comes up again and then download fails message.I did Reinstall 6.2.4.5 then it works have win 11.
I have also tried on my old computer that I had reinstalled win 10 on. Fresh install off stremfab 6.2.4.6 and exactly the same error is on HBO MAX, but it also works whit 6.2.4.5.
And is it normal that log file is about 500kb on a fresh install.

Without a log and/or named country and title, no one can check this ..

Then your uninstaller have not deleted SF cache and log ..

btw: There is many bullshit in log for Max ..
.. I wrote this a month ago (but no response):

Can the dev remove the multiple messages from Max log:
              Code:
[Info]: not implement segmentType : _SegmentBase
[Info]: unrecgnize type not support (text/vtt)
              [Critical]: segmentType:_SegmentTimeline initializationUrltemplate emtpy.
I always have this in the log even if the download and extraction of the subtitles works.
This is therefore misleading and significantly inflates the log size when repeated several times

No it didn't but I removed it manually strangely everything was gone in the registry then rebooted the computer. It's HBO MAX nordic (Sweden) created a ticket but they closed the issue. But in the old computer that I have I didn't have streamfab in it got the same error. What I have tried today is https://play.hbomax.com/mini-series/...4-3cc5a3b53d03, Billy Joel And So it Goes

Amazon, Netflix, Max, Disney+ and SkyShowTime in log is not helpful ..

In the 6246 log I see:
                  Code:
                  [Info]: **** Header map invalid

[Info]: amazon record start, setUserInfo failed
                  [Info]: key: "HBO Max"
                  [Info]: host: "HBO Max"
                  [Info]: BatchDownloadManager::slot_end  getCefControlType : 6
                  [Info]: BatchDownloadManager::slot_end  setCurrentItemStatus failed
So it looks for me that amazon and Max at the same time ..
.. this is not in the 6245 part of the log.

Then my own test with 6246 in Sweden:
After start the queue it show short "Failed" and reopen the selection dialog ..
.. after that the analysis (before dl) apparently never ends
So I can confirm that is also a problem for me.

btw: I have copied out the “bullshit” in log (see my previous post) ..
.. is over 2700 lines of absolutely pointless garbage !

I suspected that this log must have information on a clean install of the providers I have because I had to log in to them so it was a lot of junk info. I must have forgotten to close Amazon when I tried to download but thanks for looking at this. I can use 6.2.4.5 for a while, I saw this. Changelog New: Added support to analyze and download video highlights from HBO Max/Hulu.

There is absolutely no way you could have a 500 KiB StreamFab.log if you followed the directions for a Clean Install. The very first step being: 1. Totally delete the contents of your StreamFab Log & Temp directories. Please refer to your StreamFab Settings as to where you have told SF where to save them.
Your StreamFab.log is a mess. The simple directions for recording a log are as follows: Please delete or rename your current StreamFab.log. Run ONE download that you are having problems with.
Your log starts off with what appears to be an online update to 6.2.4.6. From there you visited Amazon, try to do a Netflix trial, visited Disney+, visited SkyShowtime, and finally you got to HBOMax which is where you should have gone in the first place because that was where your problem was. Your log shows you had continuous critical errors because you were trying to download subtitles in the unavailable VTT format. Then it looks like you rebooted, followed by what looks like an online update back to 6.2.4.5. This followed by a download attempt of something about Billy Joel. And you ask if a 500 KiB StreamFab.log download is normal? If you had followed the instructions for how to do a clean install and how to set up a log for sending to the forum, it would have been nowhere near 500 KiB and the SF staff and Trusted Members wouldn't have to spend near an hour going through it to try and find your problem. Both jpp72 and I have retired from doing log analysis. Other Trusted Members are rarely doing it anymore. The only one that is foolish enough to continue going through 500 KiB logs with a fine-toothed comb is Germania. God bless him, but eventually it will get to him, like it has to the rest of us.

This is always in every Max log ..
.. also if no subtitle selected and download is successfull

That's why it annoys me so much,
that I asked for removal by the dev - see post #7 or source here

Attached example of successfully dl without selected subtitle
