When I click on a movie title in Tubi, it does not analyze at all. It just starts playing the movie. Attache is the log.

Log might help streamfab developer, not sure. The most I could see in my log was: OnBaseCompletion parse show failed.
So Tubi is not working.Things can't be fully accomplished without proper access.
Things need to be done with active moderatoration.

I tend to lean towards a change on Tubi, but also I tried the website via browser and had issues. So a small possibility it's a website issue.
Either way, right now Tubi is broke, although another program got a movie from it the other day.Things can't be fully accomplished without proper access.

You could always use yt-dlp to download from tubi. yt-dlp is a command line (aka dos or terminal) application. At the most basic, put it in a folder and open the command prompt in *that* folder and then type something like:
yt-dlp https://tubitv.com/tv-shows/443847/s01-e01-mr-bean
I just tried that video (random choice) and it downloaded fine. You get the url from the tubi website. SF's issue ATM would appear to be in analysing and getting the downloadable link, not the actual download. If you are not comfortable using a command line program, then there are plenty of GUIs out there for yt-dlp. Run the GUI, plug in the url from the tubi website and the file will download.
yt-dlp is also available for windows, mac and linux. It'll download any video that's not DRM protected and even then it actually can download DRM videos, it just won't decrypt them.

I'm not a big downloader, but I've been downloading stuff from tubi for years and never run into anything DRM'd. It must be a very small fraction of what they have and evidently nothing that I'm interested in.
Ok, so small correction - apart from a very small amount of DRM'd material, everything else on tube can be downloaded using yt-dlp.

If you need those times, try a different program.
But they all cost $$$$$$Things can't be fully accomplished without proper access.
