Relating to the account warnings "some" people are getting. If it's not phishing email, then there "should" be legit message in your 'messages' section of the Amazon website account you're using - which would be flagged issue causing fail.
Or, could simply be normal congestion issue which happens from time to time and normal practice is to delete your cache and temp folders then restart the app to rebuilt. Quit. Then launch again. Log out and re-login to your prime video account; try again.
I reinstalled the offline version 6247 and same again. It appears to be the Latest series in AppleTV+ via Amazon to get the full HD resolution, which is only downloading Audio and then fail.
We've had this before, after the major DRM break in 2024. They use a different information source to display the bitrate. jpp72 can explain why that's the case if he'd like.
