    pointless. as an "answer" I got the de- and re-installation instructions. My answer within the ticket: link to your confirmation above, that NCIS Origins Analysis doesn't work. perhaps this changes anything ;-)

      As I posted half an hour ago in the German forum:

      The problem was already fixed with the release of 6248 ..

              I tried NCIS Origins again with 6249 and with old and new SF temp (SF restart after fresh login) ..
              .. and the analysis window isn't even visible for a moment.​

                  There is no analyzation window for me as well, so I can't add new stuff to the download queue. Everything that has been added to the queue before the error appeared, works though.
