I’m having trouble downloading content from Hulu, and I keep getting the error message: "Failure processing the video. Please contact us for help." I’ve tried several times, but the issue still persists. I’m unable to download Ted Bundy: Dialogue with the Devil, and would really appreciate your assistance in resolving this. I’ve attached a log file for your reference.

For me, Hulu is having all types of errors. I think that Disney is slowly dismantling Hulu since they are absorbing Hulu into the Disney+ platform. I think that is what I have been reading in the posts. -

I no longer have access to Hulu/Disney+ so can't test anything on it.Things can't be fully accomplished without proper access.
Things need to be done with active moderatoration.

As of 3pm PDT (6pm EDT), was able to download movie (JWIK4) from HULU in high bitrate video and audio without issue here in U.S.
