Is It possible for developers to include SDR settings for a 4K download on HBO Max? ? Amazon and Disney too? Hulu used to have 4k/SDR setting but it disappeared several versions ago. Bring it back?

Very few things on HBOmax have 4K SDR, for most part, anything that can display 4K can at least display HDR, so why would they provide 4K SDR (yes, there are some titles that are 4K SDR but for most part they don't actually have HDR/DoVi) -
