YouTube Can number of simultaneous downloads be reduced?

YouTube has been locking my account when it detects unusual activity such as using an automatic downloader - such as JDownloader 2 that I typically use (because I can have the channel name and upload date appended to the front o the filename). When I use StreamFab's YouTube downloader I noticed that it can start downloading 4 or more videos at once and then short time later YouTube has temporarily locked the account I'm using (I see all the thumbnails and metadata but when trying to play a video it says "Video Not Available Try Again Later". At the same time I can play videos with other accounts unless I use them in the automatic downloaders and they get locked out also. A workaround with JDownloader 2 is to use an account I don't use anywhere else and only download one video at a time. I looked for such settings in StreamFab and didn't find any. Is it possible to do this?

these probly won't work for streamfab as there's no way to add any yt-dlp commands.
