SkyShowtime No language name, only numbers

For some reason it no longer shows the names of the languages, only the number

Yup, only the newest stuff behaves like that. Older content shows proper names. For example, playing Poker Face 2x08 gives proper names, while Poker Face 2x09 gives you advanced sudoku to solve

The problem seems to be more serious than that - for example, no matter which Polish subtitles variant I select (blindly, but still...) SF always downloads the 'forced' subtitles variant which is worthless.

Tested on both Poker Face 2x09 and Suits LA 1x01-1x03.

I have the same problem with SF 6.2.5.1, I also tested SF 6.2.5.0.
I suppose the site has changed something for new releases.

Maybe we should try some magic... the spell goes like this:

Wilson.Wang, we need you! SkyShowtime subtitles are broken completely! Will you help?

I see the problem, but select all of them and you will get your subtitle.

Nope, I cannot get Polish subtitles like I said previously (only forced ones, which are useless).

Workaround: Check the StreamFab.log for language numbers:

It is the only pl sub offered in mpd:

Germania, there is something strange: for Poker Face 2x09 there are two codes for Polish subtitles, 20 and 32 - and for both SF downloaded the forced subtitles. HOWEVER, using the SkyShowtime website in a regular browser (Chrome) I can select and see proper (full) Polish subtitles.

In my mpd is only one pl - so I overlooked 20 in SF ..
.. I couldn't select Polski subs in Player because my resolution was to small ..

                      here:
                      Code:
                      pastebin.com/CX571LFa

Germania thanks for the file, it works!

Just to be sure, I just tested again with the '20' language code in SF 6.2.5.1 and it gave me a 2085 bytes long .ttml file instead. I then tried again with only selecting '32' and again - got the same file

So, the problem in SF is real - somehow it prioritizes the forced subtitles, the subs for (some) newest titles are therefore broken in SF.

I remember a long time ago SkyShowtime module for SF had the same problem of randomly prioritizing forced subs over the regular ones. Well, it is back now!

In mpd file are only forced subs ..
.. the full subs are in separate m3u8

                          No guarantee – I can't understand that:

Germania thanks again, now I have a full set for the time being, confirmed working

... sooo, it looks like it's not going to be an easy fix I suppose. Fingers crossed that Wilson will look there, as I'm not counting on the so called 'support' anymore.
