But since I can get English Atmos with SF and Standard plan ..

The German audio track is EAC3 5.1 at 256 kbps with dynamic range compression for almost everything. So far, I've only encountered a German Atmos track in the german production "Sam - Ein Sachse". I have a Premium annual subscription that's about to end. Since the price has gone up again, I might switch.
By the way, the picture quality on Disney+ is already quite good at 720p, as they offer significantly higher data rates than Amazon or Netflix.
