I don't have access to Channel 4, but I would suggest trying MP4 or MKV (FFmpeg) to see if that helps with the remuxing issue.
Otherwise, someone who can access Channel 4 will need to help.Things can't be fully accomplished without proper access.
Things need to be done with active moderatoration.

I tried the same title with VIP Video Format mkv(mkvtoolnix) ..
.. and it works fine for me
