Can’t download Japanese audio

After a clean install of 6.2.5.7, the drop down menus are back, along with the audios. HOWEVER, while English ASS subtitle downloaded perfectly, other languages got cut-off mid-way. It only affects ASS format, subtitles extracted in SRT are complete.

I've tested several series, and I can download them in German or English. Series like One Piece with Japanese language appear to display error 702. Even with the current version

Reinstall StreamFab cleanly and remove any leftovers using these instructions.

Try again afterward. If the issue persists, use the feedback feature within StreamFab. This will create a ticket with your support information.

Pulled episode 1145 of One Piece down without issue, seems to play fine. Watched the episode for about 3 minutes, not the entire thing, but everything looks/sounds accurate. Settings:

Cleas install is not working for me. Same problems like before.
No Japanese language downloads, If just Japanese audio is available for an episode there are 2 posibilities:

1. The download gets an error 702
2. The StremFab program is beeing terminated without any further error message.

German and English audio usually work fine.
Some ASS subtitles are ending too soon (approx. 1 min and 40-50 seconds too early)

I completely removed Streamfab with Ashampoo 14 Uninstaller. I downloaded the latest version offline. I compared the SHA 1 value. I reinstalled.
No change, but the problems are still there.

PS:
I ran Ashampoo Uninstaller and also removed all temp files from the hard drive that Ashampoo hadn't deleted. There were no program remnants left. Then I performed the installation via Ashampoo. This method didn't work either.

Same problem here. Error 702 and can't download japanese audio at all. Already sent feedback message, without any answer

Just tested a fresh installation on a new Windows 11 PC. Same problem. Ticket support posted the same instructions as here in the forum. Japanese language and German subtitles definitely don't work.
