Youtube downloads seem to cap out at a certain amount then reset about 5 AM Pacific. Anyone notice this?

Did not know there was a cap on regular YT downloads.
So don't know when or how they reset.
You may want to watch how much you do download from YT anyway, read > here.
Now, the Movies & TV downloader does have a limit, but you can't download them in SF since 6256.
If there is a cap, the cap should reset the same time for everything if it's SF capping the amount.Things can't be fully accomplished without proper access.
Things need to be done with active moderatoration.
