With the saga of the Amazon downloads and the emails people were getting, I had this from YouTube the other day after downloading a few videos and then it wouldn't let me play any videos, it was giving a "can not be played at this time" error.

Also, if YT movies & TV ever work again in SF, they require you to be logged in.Things can't be fully accomplished without proper access.

I had the "can not be played at this time" error. I had to Google the issue. It would still be nice to know how someone contacts them, but I would not now for this issue, but there are other issues.
I have backup YT accounts since.
Some ask why to log in, but I would get after a few downloads an are you a bot, or some message demanding I log in.
We need a way to bypass that for regular YT videos, still YT movies with ads still need you to log in.Things can't be fully accomplished without proper access.

There was a known outage the other day too.
The message is a bit broad.
YT is also temp blocking or slowing down accounts for use of AdBlockers.
I did notice my YT dls a few days ago were getting slower and slower over time, but when I took a break, the speed was recharging. At one point I was unable to even play a video without major buffering issues.Comment

YouTube is a mess. I don't get some trying to have shows on YouTube. YouTube will remove content in the blink of an eye.
Someone pointed me to a show on YT with many, what I would call episodes, when try to view or download, the count that was removed for some reason or another was crazy.
And then YT hate people who try to download and now seem to be punishing those who just watch content.Things can't be fully accomplished without proper access.
