AMD RX550 does not support 4K HEVC encoder

Bad news - I've just received my RX 550 and tested 4K encoding - AMD APP seems to not support 4K encoding with DVDFab.
The RX 550 usually supports 4K HEVC encoding... Why only Cuda Nvenc support with DVDFab ?!

Hi,

AMD supports 4K HEVC encoder but AMD does not support 10bit encoder. we need to wait AMD to update. Thanks!

For now, I recommend to use the NVIDIA 1050 or 1060.

Please post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
