    UHD Copy CUDA H265 decoding with software encoding

    I noticed on latest x64 version 10.0.8.4 and beta 10.0.8.5, that H265 Cuda decoding don't work if also Cuda H265 encoding is not enable.
    Because issue on Xbox with 4K HDR Cuda encoding, I want accelerate a little bit the encoding process using Cuda H265 decoding with software encoding.
