UHD Ripper Wrong output size UHD Creator

On every MKV to UHD using UHD Creator, output didn't occupe all the size of a BD25. One of them, did only 17 go after conversion ! Often no more than 20 go. It's a waste of space and picture quality

uhd creator fix bitrate at 30000 kb/s

At 17go, we are far from the edge of a 25 go disc...
And UHD Creator doesn't fix the bitrate at 30 000 Kb/s. The bitrate is variable.

in uhd creator conversion mode program fix video bitrate at 30000
so output will has bitrate less than 30000



And staff said "We will support to adjust video bitrate in the future. "

Thank you for your report. We will add more feature to Creator module in the future, supporting to adjust bitrate will be one of them.
