I am wondering if DVDFab can allow be to backup my commercial AACS2.0 protected UHD discs via clone operation? And will it do so to any size UHD disc, be it DL 50GB, DL 66GB or DL 100GB?

Clone mode can support to save UHD disc to hard drive; It's 1:1 output.
You can use Full Disc mode to copy UHD disc and burn to blank media for now.
BD100 currently only supports to output to hard drive.
