UHD Copy GTX 1060 3gb or 6gb graphics card?

I am currently looking to upgrade my old GTX960 graphics card as it doesn’t work well on UHD copy (Takes around 40 hrs to convert to 50gb and randomly pixelates). I am currently looking to upgrade to a GTX1060. Now the big question is do I go with a 3gb or 6gb card? am I going to see a much better conversion time over a 6gb card Than the cheaper 3gb version (My processor is an i7 4790)

For converting, using GTX1060 3gb or 6gb card won't make big difference.

You can choose a cheaper one. But it depends on you.
