If you click on the tools icon on the main page (see below), it should open the Advanced Settings box, which should allow you to select only the audio that you want, as shown below. If the disc you are trying to copy only has one audio track, which is likely rare, it may not show anything for audio selection. Unlike the Main Movie mode, audio selection does not show on the main page. Hope this helps.

Oops, I just noticed that you were asking about UHD copy mode, not BD, so not sure how that works since I don't have UHD copy, but hopefully works the same (???)

Please post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
