v11 Feedback uhd read errors

I have been getting read errors on several different drives when inserting several uhd discs using the latest version of the 64 bit software.

clicking ok can sometimes remove the error message and get a successful load from the drive

I used the extended download service to roll back to version 11.0.0.1 and using the same drives got no reading errors

ould there be a bug in the latest edition(s) causing the errors?

could it be the servers are so overloaded at the moment (understandable at this time of year) that the program cannot cope with all the use and sends a read error back?
it has been difficult to access the forum since christmas
