UHD Converter failed to load the Dolby Vision MP4 file.

Hi,

Trying to load MP4 Dolby Vision file within DVDFab Video Converter but it presents you with failed does not load error everytime, you can test it yourself with the LG Dolby Vision Demos.

I read somewhere DVDfab video convertor was able to load and reencode the Dolby Vision HDR format but it does not.

Hi , DVDFab now support two stream dolby vision uhd mp4 / m2ts file. 4kmedia.org dolby format for LG TV cannot be reencode for now. So it is failed to open for now. Thanks.

Please post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
