UHD Creator Problems of reproduction of UHD Creator.

    Good Morning,

I get in touch with you to let you know that the UHD that I make with the UHD creator module gives problems, when I play them with Movie server they go well until you decide to advance or delay them, since at that moment they get caught and there is no way .
These I create them directly with an own MKV extracted directly of the UHD of origin, I pass them to MKV to be able to incorporate to these the audio and subtitles Castellanos that the UHD does not take of origin.
Do not work burned to disk of 100 GB in my Panasonic DMP-UB700 UHD player, which supports playback of these discs, and the few that if they work will jerk, the subtitles are fixed, and continuously locked.
In the Oppo player, which supports the playback of Full UHD via USB, not all work either, and if they do it will jerk, the subtitles are fixed, and continuously locked, and if you have Dolby Vision this does not jump .
I am waiting for you to tell me something about it in order to solve the issue, since today it is of little use to have bought this module.
Movies with which I have tried.

    Schindler's List
    Hacksaw Ridge
    Atomic Blonde
    John Wick: Chapter Two
    Oblivion
    BlacKkKlansman
    A Simple Favor
    The Spy Who Dumped Me
    Lucy
    The Hunger Games
    Hell Fest
    Hell or High Water

    regards

Then I leave the report that gives me UsEac3To to check all UHD resulting from UHD Creator. As you can see the videos of these are not recognized. I hope that soon we can have a solution to this problem, as well as what another colleague says to be able to include in these the correct chapters.

            @ACLA2016

Please try with the latest version of DVDFab 11.0.2.7 at http://www.dvdfab.cn/download.htm and check if the output file can be played with a software player. If yes, then play with DVDFab Movie Server to see the result.

Still fails, please send us dvdfab_internal log as attachment for troubleshooting, the default location for log file is: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab11\Log

Also, what is the SDK on your DVDFab Movie Server? Please go to Settings > About to find the version number.

Good Morning, Below I detail the result obtained when creating UHD Blu-ray from an MKV generated from the Blu Ray Original, in this MKV I have only modified the audio ac3 5.1 Spanish Latin and Subtitles by the DTSHD Master Audio 5.1 and subtitles Castellanos del Blu Ray of Spain , perfectly synchronized for the UHD edition, all this I have done with the latest version of DVD Fab 11.0.2.8. The result is that the Bitrate of it differs from the Original UHD.
