UHD ripper fails part way through the rip

Tries to rip Starship Troopers UHD (Movie only) but fails. Win explorer show file length at about 52 minutes.
Is it because of the layer break? I hope this is the correct log.

Hi, we cannot duplicate the issue with the same ID disc "blu-ray BDFF49E1D3A2CC781E8EFF303F2329EE29A86CC4" on our side.

Your log shows read error. Please update to the latest version of DVDFab 11.0.2.4 x64 bit at http://www.dvdfab.cn/download.htm

Then clean the disc and the lens on the drive, then try again. Or if you have another drive, try using the other drive.

If still fails, please get another disc.
