UHD Creator Corrupted subtitles

After processing MKV file with UHD movie into UHD Bluray structure with the help of DVDFab UHD Creator with will damage subtitles so that the at playback in multimedia center with subtitles sometime don't show and then with display fast consecutive or continue to be displayed longer than audio or with display to other place than are to be.

You can this bug fix and or add option for subtitles only copy without any of a hit (no remux or reencode)

Are those subtitles internal or external? If internal, please use mediainfo to analyze the source file and post result. If external, please post a sample.
What player for the playback?
We also need internal log file to help check the problem. Thanks.

Subtitles are internal and attachment are files from Mediainfo and log file from DVDFab.
Multimedia centre is Zappiti One SE 4K HDR.
