Earlier today, 11.0.3.9 froze at "Accessing DVDFab Cloud Server" for over 4 minutes. Closed the program, retried with same results. Tried a different title, and worked fine.
Tried again tonight, and froze again at "Accessing DVDFab Cloud Server". Closed the program, and retried, and then it worked! Don't know what the issue was in the previous attempts, or if your staff did something, but thank you.
