San Andreas stuck of "Accessing DVDFab Cloud Server"

Using 11.0.3.9, and San Andreas keeps getting stuck on "Accessing DVDFab Cloud Server". No read errors. After 2 minutes the drive spins down, and I can even eject the disc without any change to the "Accessing DVDFab Cloud Server" message.

We need other files as well. Please open the original movie disc in Windows File Explorer, make a folder containing everything in the disc volume EXCEPT those .m2ts files under \...BDMV\Stream, zip it and share it with us again. Thanks.
