UHD Converter Can't UHD mkv converter to SDR

The new meter in the top right of the screen says CPU and "NVIDIA hardware accel is used". But converter file elapsed 15 min conversion ratio is 0%. What happened?????

1. Did you try other movie sources for the conversion? Same issue?
2. Please attach dvdfab_internal and fabcheck_internal log files. Open log path is shown in the below image.

1. 反斗車王.mkv was the source you tried.
2. The subtitles are internal, correct? From the log file no sign of subtitle entry. We need to know the subtitle format. Please download MediaInfo (free) at http://mediainfo.sourceforge.net/en, and use this software to analyze the source file, switch to TREE mode, and send us the analyzing result.
3. If it's okay, please send us the mkv source.
