UHD Ripper Getting Read Errors on Anna (2019) UHD rip

Just tried to rip Anna (2019) UHD disc, but keep getting read errors and a file that only plays half-way through the movie.
The bluray disc ripped just fine.

Has anyone been able to rip this disc?

Hi, please make sure your UHD drive and its firmware version is supported by DVDFab. Please refer to https://www.dvdfab.cn/4k-uhd-drives.htm

Read error often means the disc quality is not good. Please clean the disc and the drive firstly. Then click the Menu button at the right top corner of the DVDFab screen, open "Common Settings" window, click on "Drives" > "Read", select "ignore all the reading errors automatically". Then convert again.

If that doesn't work, please get a new disc to convert.
