General Question Video Enhancer AI

Hi, I tried Video enhancer: ai with a mkv 1080 but just started it crashes.
Some advice? MY Video card is nvidia 1080 gtx, my cpu is intel I7-9700k, ram 32 g.

You might want to try this as suggested to me by Tech Support in January for similar issues... Mine would get half way then crash. This fixed that particular problem.

Please click the Menu button at the right top corner of DVDFab screen, open Common Settings->General->A/V Codec, tick the "Disable all GPU codecs for decoding and encoding" box; then uncheck the option "Enable Lightning-Recoding when applicable (accelerate H.264 software decoding and encoding)" to convert again....
