    Hi,
I have the exact same problem. I purchased the DVDFab Converter last week, but I can not use it. All my mkv's I want to convert to a smaller size have the random freezes of the image (sound keeps going) and/or the graphic glitches when I use the CUDA acceleration for H265 or any other codec. Also I have the latest Nvidia drivers and DVDFab Converter.

DVDFab 11.0.9.1 still has the issue. Can we get an answer when this will be fixed?? It's starting to look like this was a waste of money!

Sorry about it, I will urge the developer to look into it.

This is going on for some time now!!!!
It looks like no one at DVDFab cares. I'm currently advising people not to buy DVDFab because of lack of support and bad software!
You managed to get a very upset costumer! Job well done guy's, bravo!!
