UHD Ripper uhd blu-ray MIDWAY Fr error

Hello, I can't rip MIDWAY Fr Uhd. I launch the Rip, while passthroug (video and sound). He begins to rip track 02.m2ts. But nothing happens, the speed gauge (cpu-gpu) remains at 0. The encoding time does not stop increasing, and after a while I have the message of failure to rip.
J'ai teste avec plusieur version de la 11.0.8 à la dernière 11.0.9.3

Please open the original movie disc in Windows File Explorer, make a folder containing everything in the disc volume EXCEPT those .m2ts files under \...BDMV\Stream, zip it and upload it to our FTP site.
