4K to MP4 passthrough

Been reading for over an hours, but cannot seem to find a definitive answer.. can 1 take a 4k disc and convert to MP4 passthrough option. Im either missing it or not understanding

Yes, you can convert the 4K movie to MP4 passthrough. Please refer to the images attached to pick the profile you need in the profile panel.

Only thing with mp4 passthrough you don’t get the TrueHD or dtshdma audio it converts it down to ac3 correct please advise

None of the passthroughs work as you want. They will do DV but not DA.
