I've tried ripping, and using the converter, and it will not correctly remove black bars; it merely shrinks the entire image. The attached log is from the UHD converter.

Oblivion can't crop aspect ratio
Same as parasite, I can't crop out the black bars, it just shrinks the picture down to the center. The attached log is when I tried to rip straight from the disc and crop there.

DVDfab still exhibits the same behavior. This is a problem that comes and goes randomly. I have 6 UHD movies I'd like to rip, but it still isn't cropping, and thats kind of a prerequisite for my movie rips. Thanks for a great product, I love using it, just need to get this fixed!Comment

I tried to edit above post for clarity but could not. When I said it comes and goes, I meant that from one dvdfab release to the next, so on some releases it works, some it doesn’t. As well, some times it will work in the video converter module and not in the ripper module. Thanks again.Comment
