Just wanted to copy the movie Robin Hood 4K by Ridley Scott via Passkey and DVDFab v12. With both the bluray is not decrypted, apparently the code is unknown. Has anyone else had this phenomenon? Should not normally be a problem, this movie in 4K has been around for at least 1 year.

Thank you for your efforts. Had another old DVDFab 11 version on my computer and with that it worked flawlessly, it went a while until he has decrypted the Bluray, but then it quickly went with the copying on hard drive about 21 MB / s. The attempt with version 12.0.18 did not work.
