UHD Copy Jurassic Park 1 UHD disc, unknown error :(

Hello,

There is a problem with Jurassic Park 1, UHD, UK PAL version. Disc is brand new, never used it, no scratches at all. Want to UHD copy it.. No log file is created because it cant even get through an "unknown error" after multiple tries (see picture). I use the latest version!
Probably its on the Cloud Server side for this movie.. Jurassic Park 2-3 UHD works like a charm only the first movie NOT..

Can you please look at it? (by the name of the disc you may find it on the server side if its even there)

Same error.. :-( Can you check this movie on cloud server? I think its strange that it fails when trying to access the server after 1-2 minutes.. every other movie works perfectly just not this one.
