UHD Ripper Voyagers (2021) UHD disc's audio is out of sync

I just ripped both the bluray and UHD version of Voyagers (2021) US version.
The bluray appears to have ripped correctly from what I can tell.
The UHD version, however, has a problem with the audio being out of sync.
The UHD ID is 6CC8B5E3FA730E1DC53A051DB723A79CF71562F6
I did get the message from DVDFab about these discs not being supported, but I'm willing to help however I can, so I decided to start a post to see if I can help.

Please use Copy - Clone to create an iso of the UHD disc, and then check if the iso can be played well or not.

Hi Mona,

I used Copy to Clone the UHD disc of Voyagers to an .iso and played it back using VLC, the audio played fine, however, there were two significant errors.
First, the video chapters are out of sequence.
Second, the video stops playing around the 52 minute mark.
So, the cloned version doesn't play correctly either.

Attached are the logs from the clone.
I had to amend the dvdfab_internal log for upload size being too big. So I deleted most of the read error portions.

Do you think I have a bad disc and should request a new copy, or is this a copy protection problem?

Please copy everything in the disc volume EXCEPT those .m2ts files under \...BDMV\Stream, zip it, and upload it to our FTP site, the developer will check it first. Thank you.
