UHD Ripper German 4K disc "Fury" cannot be opened: internet access required

Hi,

I got the german 4K version of Fury ("Herz aus Stahl") which cannot be opened in DVDFab.

The error message says that internet access is required (which I have of course) and that access through the windows firewall for DVDFab should be granted (which is given; even turning the firewall off completely didn't help).

Any idea how to rip the disc? (I only got the 4K version, no BD)

hi mona, i am having the same problem with the USA disc. I know I have ripped this title before but, I had a major system disaster and lost the title. I have the latest version of the software but, I cannot get it to rip.

Unfortunaltey the error is still the same after update to DVDFab 12.0.7.5.

The developer checked your log file and he said that it was a temporary network issue, so please try again at a different time.

i just try aggain, it is still not working. This time it came no error but he did not open it.

Hi Mona,

it's still not working. It takes several minutes where the oftware tries to access the DVDFab cloud server and then it returns the same error as above (internet access required).
