UHD Ripper Charlie's Angels (2000) 4k Unsupported/Errors

Hi there,

Older 4k disc here, didn't expect issues DVDFab (latest version - confirmed) Ripper spins, tries to connect to cloud ... sits there thinking then spits out:



An Unknown Error Has Occurred

DVDFab_Internal.log file is attached. I tried Passkey as well as "other" products and nothing will touch this disc Tried multiple drives too.
