Hello DVDFab Team,
I noticed a huge problem with the German UHD of "Joker - Folie á Deux".
The disc is supported, but UHD Ripper somehow can't detect the correct audio.The movie is supposed to have 7.1 Atmos sound, but the UHD Ripper (and UHD Copy too) only shows me 4.1 sound for every language. After I tried several times to fix the problem myself I came to the conclusion that I probably received a bad disc. But now I have the exact same problem with the replacement disc, so it's not a problem of the UHD discs themselves, but a problem with DVDFab instead.
I never had this problem before, so I hope that you can find a quick solution for that problem.
