Router connection problem

(This message was posted in another thread, but with the new VidOn.Me sections of the forum as of 12-19-12 I took the admins advice and posted it with a proper thread title so that others can find it easier if they are having the same problem.)

My VidOn.Me came the last Saturday and I finally found time to mess with it on Monday night, It found my wireless router and I went to SETTINGS and put in the security code and it saved it. But when I try to access anything on the internet it tells me it can't access the internet and to check my connection. But in SETTINGS it says I'm connected.

Suggestions?

It need be restarted after changing the wifi settings. Thanks for your support!

Actually, I've unplugged it and plugged it back in a few times already, including last night (probably while you were writing your note! )

Still says that my router is saved. When I click on it I have three choices - on of which is to CONNECT. Clicking CONNECT makes the choices disappear but it does not connect. I will try again tonight.
