Ok on page 18 of the manual it says that the soft keyboard will only popup if a ONLY a mouse installed. But even with a hardware keyboard it happens how do I fix this every time I hit enter a Q is put on the end of my typing.

True, that! I'm using a 3-in-1 Rii mini wireless keyboard with the built in touchpad and I expected that the onscreen keyboard would show, as per the manual. The wireless keyboard works, but the on-screen keyboard, if it's not needed is just a superfluous pain.

Soft pop-up keyboard solution
The only way to deactivate the pop-up keyboard at present is to istall a free App from the Google Play store (sorry about the advertising!). It's called Null Input Method and will solve the pop-up keyboard issue. It comes at no charge and you can resume back to the pop-up version if your wireless keyboard is down!Comment
