Restoring firmware

My Player is completely dead - it wont load at all, so the only option seems to be a factory restore.

I have followed the example and tutorial, but I cannot get my Micro SD card to be recognised by my PC.

What brand and type have others used to successfully flash the system ?

Answered my own question.

Use Windows XP when creating the image file, NOT windows 7

Unit still dead, but at least I can burn the file now!!
