tried all that ..no change .wont work at all on hdmi and just get vidon.me logo with audio video connection. i would like to hear from support too and get a new box .since mine was part of the buy lifetime updates get free box... at least if mine worked at all maybe they would come out with better firmware in time.. but mine wont do anything
