I just got mine today. At first it wouldn't play my blu ray iso files I then found a movie that played but no volume and choppy video. I played with the audio and video setting. I then downloaded dvdfab 9.0.4.1 and ripped the video to vidOn.me player and that one was still choppy and no sound. My wd 2 tb hard drive is usb 3.0 so that shouldn't be the issue. video settings stays at 720i and will not stay at 1080p please Help..

I think we have to wait for the pros to get theirs for help.

Unfortunately I spoke too soon. I played the first 5 minutes of Expendables 2 and the video looked OK. When I played 21 the video looked choppy. I could never get the HDMI to work (never performed the firmware upgrade). So I'm stuck with analog. Whenever I chose HDMI as audio source I would hear bursts of static. Also my video setting is stuck at 720p and gets displayed on my HiDEF TV as 4:3 stretched. Ugh what a mess

For no sound, make sure that you turn the volume all the way up using the remote for the VidOn.Me box.
Hope this helps
