Anyone using Seagate BlackArmor 440?

Well, I finally got my vidon.me, and I can not get it to connect to my Seagate BlackArmor 440. I am not going to setup an FTP server!
I have my BlackArmor setup as NFS Service, and a Media Server, and this vidon.me will not connect to either one of those!
Any help would be greatly appreciated
So far, I have not found anything that I like about this box.

Are all devices on the same IP subnet?

What media server is the NAS running? Twonky?
