I received the box on Saturday 25th May just as I was going away for the weekend, so I never got to test it until Monday and now I find it is totally rubbish, for a start it is FAULTY as it is rebooting every couple of minutes. Secondly it does not do what it was claimed to do when you first emailed me about it, i.e. PLAY BD ISO’s (as stated from one of your replies on this forum) which is why I ordered it in the first place. After 2 days of testing I am now finding that the display on the TV is now flickering badly, so the fault must be getting worse.
Now I found out that from this forum that it does not even support Windows networking so I cannot even play any Blu-rays at all even after ripping one with your new profile. All I can do is play my music collection and watch photos (very very very slowly) from my Windows Home Server using Windows Media Connect, over a 1Gbps network something which my Netgear EVA8000HD does with ease. It is just not fit for purpose and after having waiting 4 months for it, I have had enough and want to return it for a FULL REFUND ASAP.
I have tried contacting VidOn.me from the Contact Us on their website twice for a refund and have received total silence, so which is why I am now repeating this here now as DVDFAB is now finally started to respond.
I want the return address details so that I can send this FAULTY *** back for a FULL REFUND as I was actually fool enough to purchase it, and I will give you as I have told VidOn.me, 3 days before I contact my credit card company to initiate their CHARGEBACK process.
